Guidance:
Company Turnover
Include the Turnover (ie Sales) from either the last statutory accounts, or if it's your first year of trading the Turnover expected (if VAT registered then Net of VAT).
Fixed Assets
Include the total Fixed Asset figure (this can be found on the Balance Sheet in your last statutory accounts) or if it's your first year of trading the total cost of the Fixed Assets purchased by the business. Fixed Assets include items owned by the business such as Plant & Machinery, Fixtures & Fittings, Computer Equipment, and Vehicles etc.
Stocks
Include the total Stocks figure (this can be found on the Balance Sheet in your last statutory accounts) or if it's your first year of trading then include the total cost of Stock held by the business on the accounting period end date (ie the date the accounts will be prepared to).
Debtors
Include the total Debtor figure (this can be found on the Balance Sheet in your last statutory accounts) or if it's your first year of trading then include the total amount of monies owed to the business by its customers on the accounting period end date (ie the date the accounts will be prepared to).
Bank and Cash in hand
Include the total Bank and cash in hand figure (this can be found on the Balance Sheet in your last statutory accounts) or if it's your first year of trading then include the total figure once you have added together the total amount of monies held by the company in all of its bank accounts, plus what's held in cash, on the accounting period end date (ie the date the accounts will be prepared to).
Number of employees
Include the number of employees currently on the business's payroll (including directors if applicable).
Terms and conditions:
A Quote is valid for 31 days from the date it is sent. A Quote is null and void if any information submitted to Digits Online is false, misleading,
incomplete and/or inaccurate. Digits Online reserve the right to revise any given Quote, if the
expected 1st year figures differ to the actual figures indicated in the original submission. A Quote is deemed to be accepted on the date you instruct Digits Online to become your Accountant. If you decide not to accept your Quote all information given and submitted in your Quote request will be deleted once the 31 day valid period has expired, in accordance with our Privacy policy
